The China Welfare Lottery uses the sale of lottery tickets that will help the development of social welfare within the state. Because its generation in 1987, the Lottery has lifted above 537 billion yuan (in excess of HK$617 billion) in community welfare money by offering tickets for preferred games which include Double Colour Ball and 3d Lottery.
